The pool and other amenities also aren’t open, but you’ll only find that out when you arrive. Other guests were also complaining about how awful they’ve found it but couldn’t move because they wouldn’t allow them to cancel and get their money back once they got here. He was just so rude and not at all interested in solving any problems such as the unsatisfactory cleanliness of the place, for example the coffee pot that was literally mouldy. We stayed here with our family and booked a second room but the manager was so rude at check in that we ended up cancelling the second reservation. The staff are rude and just not at all helpful. He is the only person argued with me saying I don’t get the membership benefits, he said he worked for Hilton 30 years and showing me he’s a Hilton Diamond member too, he knows better than me ! I like Hilton hotels but I was so disappointed that Hilton has this kind of staff that turning guests away.… I’m Hilton Diamond member, staying in a lot of Hilton hotels, I know what benefits a Diamond member can get, as I always treated the same way … even in a limited service hotel. I stayed here few times because of work, the same guy checked me in ( whose a little older guy that always work PM shift in the weekends) I can tell he hate his job, he didn’t want anyone bother him. Room cleanliness is not up to standard, they need to pay more attention on the flooring and carpet cleanliness. However, when I checked in, the carpet in front of the front desk is so filthy with big spots never get cleaned. I was excited for a new hotel opened in this location. Even though there was a sign in the room advertising the service! The piece de resistance was at check-out, they would not give me a receipt, telling me to go to expedia for it. She said they were all booked up for the day, and they would not even send anyone to take the trash, make the beds, or replace the towels. On my 2nd day I called the front desk 10:00am to ask for housekeeping service. Complimentary breakfast was not good, and very limited. Also stated that they would not bring me sheets, I had to come down and get them, even though we were already in our sleepwear. When I called down tot he front desk, they told me if I took off the plastic I would have to pay a $50 room deposit charge, and that they use it as their mattress pad. There were no sheets/blankets/pillows for the pull-out. At 1ppm when we opened the pull-out, the mattress (which did actually look comfortable for a pull-out) was still covered in the factory plastic. I had booked two queens for me and my companion, but was told on check-in that there were no rooms of that type available, so we had to take a king with pull-out. Nobody vacuumed any of the common areas, and the floors needed mopping. There were numerous piles of dirty towels by room doors in my hallway the entire time. #HOME 2 HOME SUITES FULL#There was a full trash bag sitting by the elevator all three days of my stay. As stated in another review, how can a brand-new hotel be so filthy? Stains everywhere.
